Welcome to the Better Health information series

The Better Health Information Series is an opportunity to meet our wonderful community health professionals, and join the discussion on many important health topics.

Our health professionals will provide advice on ways you can improve your health, and you can bring along any related questions you would like to discuss.

Location: Large meeting room – Hawthorn, 378 Burwood Road, Hawthorn

Cost: Free (Donation to Hardship Fund is optional)

About Will Hiser

William is an AHPRA registered Podiatrist and a member of the Australian Podiatry Association. He has completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Podiatric Practice at La Trobe University, and has worked as a Podiatrist for the past 4 years.

William has always had a passion for health and exercise. He loves helping people with any foot related problems they may be experiencing, whilst motivating them to achieve their goals.

Williams’s areas of interest include the prevention of diabetes related foot complications and utilising sports and exercise principles to develop and maintain healthy lower limbs and feet.

William’s presentation will be about the role of a podiatrist, common problems experienced in the lower limb and feet and how to prevent them as well as simple advice on what to look for when buying shoes!  So come and find out how you can have healthy feet – for life!
