Cook together this tantalizing menu in our brand new kitchen at Trentwood: Starter: Yogurt and Chickpea Dip – A satisfying Middle Eastern dip with flavoursome spices that can be tossed together in a bowl and served as a snack or starter.
Main: Lobia Polo – A famous Persian dish with combination of rice, green beans and spiced ground beef Light dessert: Stuffed Medjool Dates – Sweet caramel Medjool dates stuffed with halva paste, walnuts and aromatic spices (Vegetarian menu option delivered via MS Teams on March 11th, see Cooking tab.)
