A gentle yoga class incorporating slow mindful movements and breathing. It is suitable for all abilities: no previous experience is necessary. You will receive detailed instruction for each posture and movement to support online participation. Class will run for 45 minutes. There will be an additional 15 minutes of meditation which is optional
