150 Anniversary
150 years ago the doors opened to the Richmond Dispensary
It was a place the vulnerable could go to be seen by a doctor, in a safe and welcoming environment.
We have evolved in the last 150 years but one thing that hasn’t changed is the level of care we provide to the community and the excellent team behind Access Health & Community – we build healthier lives together.
From humble beginnings we now offer many services across 12 locations around Melbourne.
We focus on offering the best healthcare to our clients and are continuously looking at ways of improving our services to meet our client’s needs.
In the last 2 years we have had:
- 63 clients registered under NDIS,
- 653 Drug and alcohol treatments,
- 716 people attended the homelessness drop in service,
- 29,298 total dental treatments and
- 3,969 dental patients treated
