  • Please don’t take public transport, taxi or rideshare services to get to a testing site. Instead call us on (03) 8850 4111 – we have a team of community nurses that can come to your home and conduct a COVID-19 test there and then.
  • You will have to isolate yourself until your test result is returned.
  • If you receive a positive result, you must remain in isolation for 14 days.

Our team at Access Health and Community will be able to support you by providing food supplies and other health services if you have to isolate.
