Become a volunteer Community Connector today 

Our Access to Community (A2C) program is actively seeking community-minded volunteers to join our team.  

Be part of our dynamic team of volunteers who work to empower, build confidence and support vulnerable community members. 

As a Community Connector, your role will be to: 

  • introduce and support people in finding a social, physical or educational activity, group or class within their community
  • help clients find their way to their chosen activity – and potentially accompany them to their first session using public transport or by foot
  • help people meet their goals and build their confidence in creating social connections.
