Experience 

Cristina is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in financial oversight, governance and strategic decision-making. She has over 25 years’ finance experience as a consultant and as a global corporate executive, working with governments and pension funds investing in infrastructure projects, and specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate taxation.  

With extensive experience as a non-executive director at commercial and for-purpose organisations, including as chair of finance and risk committees, Cristina is committed to high standards of corporate governance, transparency, and long-term value creation.
