Experience

Cristina is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in financial oversight, governance and strategic decision-making. She has over 25 years’ finance experience as a consultant and as a global corporate executive at Transurban Limited, working with governments and pension funds investing in infrastructure projects in Australia and overseas, and specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate taxation.  With extensive experience as a non-executive director at commercial and for-purpose organisations, including as chair of finance and risk committees, Cristina is committed to high standards of corporate governance, transparency, and long-term value creation.
