Access Health and Community offers social support and respite services to people aged over 65 living in the eastern suburbs in Melbourne. Our Social Support provides the opportunity for people to visit places of interest, and enjoy the company of others.
These sessions are facilitated in language by our Mandarin or Cantonese speaking staff.
When: Every Monday, 9am – 3:30pm

Clients must be registered with My Aged Care. We can provide assistance with the registration process if you need.
Bus outings are booked on an ad-hoc basis, subject to availability. Bus outings are extremely popular and places are limited. To ensure everyone is able to participate you may not book into consecutive outings.
Cost: Bus outings are $15 per trip, plus the cost of meals. Invoices will be issued monthly.
