About the class
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese means of alleviating stress and anxiety. A gentle form of exercise to improve general health and promote a sense of wellbeing.
When: Thursdays 9am – 10am
Where: Access Health and Community (The Collinson Room), 283 Church St, Richmond
Cost: $8 per session, full term fee $64 (8 sessions)*
*Please note: We provide services to people aged 65 years and over. Clients must be registered with My Aged Care. We can provide assistance with the registration process if you need.
These programs can also be included in your Home Care Package, cost per session are at $20. Please call to discuss further.
How to attend Tai Chi class
