Our GP services

Our doctors are experts in general and family health. We offer: 

• a full range of general practice medical services and can treat most non-hospital medical conditions 
• medical care for your whole family from new–born babies to older people 
• support to help prevent illness, disease or injury. 

Lilydale Medicare Urgent Care Clinic  

The Lilydale Medicare Urgent Care Clinic is also located at AccessHC’s Inspiro site. 

It provides free urgent medical treatment, when you can’t see your GP. 

• Appointments are bulk billed, with or without a Medicare card.  

• Open from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.  

• Book online or walk in for immediate care – no appointment necessary.

No out-of-pocket cost

Our GPs in Lilydale bulk bill for most consultations for people who have a valid Medicare card.  

There may be an out-of-pocket fee for some procedures for people who don’t hold a valid concession card.  

Fees may apply for non-eligible services, including: 

• Procedures like skin excisions 

• Diagnostic services like ECG and Pathology 

• Allied health and other non-GP services 

• Non-MBS services 

• Patients without a Medicare number
