Your feedback tells us what we are doing well and where we need to improve. It will not disadvantage you or the care we provide.
How to give us feedback
To give your feedback:
- speak directly to our staff
- fill in the feedback form online
- call us on 9810 3000 and ask to speak to the manager of the service you attended
- email info@accesshc.org.au
- fill in the printable Feedback form and put it in the feedback box at reception.
For unresolved complaints:
- If you have a complaint and feel it can’t be resolved, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Heath Complaints Commissioner by calling 1300 582 113
- If you have a complaint about My Aged Care service, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission by calling 1800 951 822 or emailing info@agedcarequality.gov.au
- If you have a complaint about an NDIS-funded support or service, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission by calling 1800 035 544 or visiting ndiscommission.gov.au
- If you have a complaint about a Mental Health support of service, you have the right to lodge a complaint with The Mental Health Complaints Commissioner by calling 1800246054 or completing their online form.
An independent disability advocate can help you make sure your voice is heard when you make a complaint.
They can speak, act or write on behalf of a person with disability. They are independent of the NDIA, NDIS Commission and all NDIS providers.
