Experience

David’s early experiences as a hospital clinician led to his enduring passion for system reform, its sustainability and service quality. His specialist skills and experiences span hospital leadership, pharmaceutical supply chain, digital health, health industry development and commercialisation, and health practitioner regulation. Currently he is the CEO of Mitte Analytics, a technology start up, and past positions include General Manager of Institutional Healthcare at EBOS Group, Health Industry Lead at Optus, and Executive Director of Ambulatory Services at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. He has previously chaired the Pharmacy Board of Victoria and the Victorian Pharmacy Authority, and has served as a board director of several other health services including Western Health, The Royal Children’s Hospital, and North Yarra Community Health.
