Experience

Kim is an AHPRA registered Allied Health Professional with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, both in Australia and internationally. Her career spans the full continuum of care—from acute and sub-acute to community settings.  Kim has held senior leadership, operational, improvement and innovation roles within some of Melbourne’s largest healthcare services and government, demonstrating her commitment to driving system wide improvements in healthcare. Kim transitioned from the Inspiro Board to the merged Access Health & Community, bringing with her a wealth of clinical, governance, and strategic expertise to support the organisation.
