About Full Day Trips
Access Health and Community offers social support and respite services to people aged over 65 living in eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Our Social Support trips provides the opportunity for people to visit places of interest, and enjoy the company of others.
Pickup: Participants are picked up from their homes between 9am and 10am and returned by approximately 4pm.
Register: Clients must be registered with My Aged Care. We can provide assistance with the registration process if you need.
Cost: Bus outings are $15 per trip, plus the cost of meals. Invoices will be issued monthly.
