Stable Housing Pilot Project
The Stable Housing Pilot Project - Identifying homelessness before it occurs
The Stable Housing Pilot Project is about identifying homelessness before it occurs.
The project provides the At Risk Screening Tool and resources to help you assess a client’s risk of homelessness. The tool is an easy way to make referrals to homeless service agencies.
AccessHC is piloting this tool in the cities of Boroondara, Manningham and Yarra to test its efficacy.
For more information, read more about the project information or view our Frequently Asked Questions.
