Child Development Services

The Child Development Team provide a range of integrated multidisciplinary services that assist families in supporting concerns they have about their child’s development.

Watch how we support children and their families in the community.

You know your child best, so we work in partnership with you and those closest to your child to provide timely and integrated services that meet the individual needs of your family.

Research shows that the earlier we start supports, the better the outcomes will be for your child.

If you have concerns, no matter how small, call our intake team on 99788698, send us an email CFTIntake@accesshc.org.au or complete this online referral form.
